Amanda is David’s farm hand, working with our sheep, cattle and the endless pasture tasks that come up daily on the farm. Lambing season sees Amanda playing midwife to over a thousand ewes, with lambs arriving at times like popcorn. Amanda’s level of care for our animals is exemplary.
