LAMB

Yeringberg sheep spend all their life out in the paddocks, feeding on grass grown from the rain and sun that nature provides. Our lambs stay with their mothers and are milk fed through the spring, then weaned onto our best grass in the summer. They grow fast, very happily and healthily. The combination of our hillside location and cool climate, so suited to making our wine, is also suited to growing exceptional lamb.
Generally during the lamb season, around November to May, Yeringberg lamb is available to purchase once each month. However, we are currently sourcing a new butcher and when that is achieved, we will have full lamb and half lamb boxes available, all vacuum packed into individual cuts and ready to freeze or refrigerate.
