Sandra has a degree in Wine Science, an MBA and a Diploma in Hotel Management. Also a qualified chef, Sandra has worked in kitchens in Hong Kong, Switzerland and USA.
Finally succumbing to her winemaking heritage, Sandra returned to Yeringberg in 2000. She worked vintage in Bordeaux in 2006 and has travelled widely in wine producing regions of the world.
Sandra is slightly addicted to long, punishing bike rides and can often be seen winding her way up nearby Mt Donna Buang in any season (except at vintage time!).
