Yeringberg Rose 2024

Our fourth Rosé is a brilliant pale salmon colour.

The intense aromas are reminiscent of wild strawberries and citrus blossom. It has a savoury yet smooth palate with some texture at the finish, and a long lingering aftertaste.

The wine was conceived more as a pink red wine than a rose-tinged white; it relies on phenolics for structure rather than being an acid-driven, justdone rosé. It's dry and fresh and leans towards texture and savouriness.
